Baby Yoga
Accompanied by a parent, the baby-yogi is invited to discover the world of Yoga at your own pace !
We learn better know your body, to develop its flexibility , her motor skills , his balance and his concentration .
The parent-child pair allows you to practice with confidence, and to share a real moment of complicity .
The sessions are sequenced in several small workshops (5 to 10 min) to best support the child's pace and stimulate their attention.
